How It Works
Download for Offline
On first login, the app pulls the product catalog, customer list, price lists, and images. Everything is stored locally in SQLite.
Work Normally
Take orders, update customer info, and browse products exactly as you would online. The app behaves identically with or without signal.
Queue Changes
Every change is recorded locally with a timestamp. Orders enter a pending queue. The sync pill shows how many items are waiting.
Auto-Sync on Connect
When WiFi or cellular returns, the app pushes changes in the background. Successes clear from the queue; failures show a retry option.
Available On
Offline & Sync powers the Mobile app, POS browser, and POS Desktop. The B2B portal requires connectivity but the apps your staff use in the field are fully offline-capable.
