Orders appear in a priority queue when they are ready to pick. Staff see what to pick, for whom, and by when.
Barcode Scanning
Scan item barcodes to confirm picks, reduce errors, and speed up fulfillment. Manual override available for damaged codes.
Partial & Pause
Pick what is available now, pause the session, and resume later. Partial picks keep the order moving without blocking the queue.

How It Works
Order Becomes Ready
When a sales order is confirmed, it enters the picking queue with full line items, customer info, and priority tagging.
Start Picking Session
A warehouse worker claims the order and starts a picking session. The app shows item locations, quantities, and scan confirmations.
Scan or Manual Pick
Workers scan barcodes to confirm each pick. If a barcode is unreadable, manual confirmation is available with a reason code.
Complete & Ship
Once all items are picked, the order moves to packing and shipping. Stock deducts automatically and the customer gets a status update.
Available On
Picking is available on Mobile (with barcode camera scanning), POS browser, and Admin. Workers can use the device that fits their workflow best.
